Your mail server is dropping E-mail.
Just so that others here understand the situation, you sent an E-mail about
a week ago that we responded to in less than an hour. You sent two E-mails
yesterday, complaining that you never received a response to the first
one. I sent you a response to both, including the log file entries showing
the first E-mail being accepted by your server.
Unfortunately, a small percentage of the mail we respond to is delivered to
the remote mail server, and then gets dropped, but there is no way we can
know that.

You can contact us, but won't have any luck if you can't get contacted

Please provide an alternative E-mail address, and your Sole Source Provider
