Unfortunately, IMail doesn't put the reason in the bounce message (it just
uses a generic "user unknown" or similar message). To find out the
specific reason, you can check the IMail SMTP log file for that E-mail. It
will show a code such as "550 Message not accepted because you are an open
relay" (or whatever the reason may be).
