I've been using it for over a year and haven't had any problems. It sits in the DMZ and Imail forwards all non-local mail to it for scanning and final delivery. It also accepts all of my incoming mail and scans it before delivering it to Imail. It has "no relay" settings that allow you to enter IP addresses that it will accept as local - sort of a "relay for addresses" feature. I've passed the open relay test on DNSReport.com. The web interface and reporting features are pretty good.
