I have a VeriSign certificate generated for IMail. If I go the 'stunnel' route, does anyone know if I could use the same certificate?

A lack of Thawte takes a little thought. ;-) But not much else. The explanation at http://www.stunnel.org/faq/certs.html is as good as any I've seen and spares you my wild propaganda dissemination on the topic, save one point. I could go on for days about it, but you'd all be bored and unconvinced anyway, so just ponder it when you're paying the VeriThawte bills: The importance of tracing a certificate back to a "trusted" authority for purposes of identity verification is not always as great as one might suppose. -- Dave Salovesh RAM Associates, Inc.
