I would definitely recommend changing it; the value you have is not valid,
and therefore any possible use for the Official Host Name won't work as
expected (IE for the HELO text, the SMTP greeting, Reply-To: addresses, etc.).
Note that the upgrade to IMail 7.05 caused the Official Host Name to change
on many IMail servers, so it's something that a lot of people have had to
change recently. I don't recall seeing anything posted here about
difficulties after changing the Official Host Name (at least the "real" OHN
("Host Name" on the General tab of IMail Administrator, when "localhost" is
highlighted on the left side of the screen), IMail also uses the same term
in other places).
