Ouch. I guess the client-side solution built into our Classic and Killer templates, which pops up an annoying account size warnings on each refresh of the menu when they're 90% full, would come in handy in this situation. And yes, it does calculate the total based on all the IMAP folders. (Wouldn't work if they don't use web messaging, of course.)
