I would stay with Win2k, because its more proven technology and many people on this list use it. Your less likely to find help with WinXP. Second, the Pro version doesn't allow the number of licensed connections that Server will. Third, XP doesn't offer any significant technical upgrades from 2000, just the GUI fluff!!
