After some investigating, I noticed all the time outs came from MSN. The server was repeatedly trying to send us a msg that after about 15 minutes would "idle timeout." The recipients here never received the msg. But I have seen that message before and wonder if my firewall is dropping the connection because of inactivity. Or maybe Imail is dropping it because of no or slow response. I had someone send a test msg from MSN and they are still hanging and retrying about every eight minutes. Is anyone else having problems with MSN? We can send to MSN fine.
