All the port 8181 admin interface code is uneditable. Likewise for the top and bottom frames in web messaging when you have "Ad Support" enabled (hardly anyone uses that, it's fugggly). What you *can* modify are the main web messaging templates, which are all found in IMail/web. Determine which file you're looking at by doing a view source from the browser... the filename will be under the title tag in comments in most cases. Or you can search for files containing text that you see displayed.
