John,

Thank you - it was the response I expected yes.

Some issues I'd love to see addressed:

1) handling of header/footer stuff in RTF emails etc.
2) managing users on anything other than a small list is impossible - try
loading 20k users into the webpage in the admin just to modify or delete 1!
:(
3) some sort of bounce management?
4) HTML handling
5) subscribe/unsubscribe made more efficient for changing and handling user
addresses

Well that's off the top of my head. Thanks again John!

Bryan

Subject: [IMail Forum] List server question

Bryan,

I know this isn't the answer you are looking for but here it is. The short
answer is yes, our goal is to continually improve the entire product. The
long answer is that I don't know what will change or when it will change. I
do not think it would be fair to our users or prospects to say that a
specific feature will be added before I know for sure what and when. I am
very interested to hear any feedback on what people would like to see
changed or added.

For the list server what is your biggest problem? What aspect of managing a
list takes up the most of your time? Is it list creation? Handling
bounces? Handling subscribes/unsubscribes?
