It all depends on who your supporting. We have to because we support
multiple public ISPs as well as several private networks and a couple
hundred domains. In the public sector you have any number of these files
types being sent for quite legitimate reasons. The local colleges have
online programming classes, at least one company sends it's local sales reps
updates via executable files, etc.
