Certain people are too stubborn to listen or too ignorant of the risks of using the internet that they need to have someone bad happen (and it cost them $$$) before they realize that banning certain extensions is the least of all evils!! For those people, protect yourself and hand them the rope. Then charge them through the wazoo to cleanup the mess when they do have a problem and want you there day and night to do it!
