What's Eudora? Doesn't Microsoft own everyone's email? Isn't outlook the global standard? Are there people out there who use software other than outlook? I find that hard to believe. Isn't is assumed that if you don't mention a product, you're referring to something by Microsoft?
If you look at www.dictionary.com, and type in email, doesn't is say, electronic delivery of mail messages via Microsoft's Outlook or Outlook Express? Hail, Microsoft.......
