Imail's list server doesn't do bounce management with automatic bounce
processing. You'll need some kind of add-on, or use a better list server.

I recommend Ecartis or MailMail or EZMLM, all free.

For example, with Ecartis, one has two kinds of bounces, 5xx fatal and 4xx
non-fatal. After x non-fatals or y fatals, the email address can be
unsubbed, put on vacation, etc.

With an opt-in joke list server I set up and admin where y = 5 and x = 10
(per-list, not per-server), Ecartis bounce-management keeps the bounces to
under 0.5%, or 35 bounces/day in your case of 7000. You can set x an y
thresholds to keep the bounces lower.
