Thanks.  HOWEVER, this only blocks those USER accounts (POP / SMTP accounts)
from receiving mail.  It does not block them from sending.  It also does 
not block their ALIAS
accounts from functioning.

We want to disable send & receive & web on user accounts AND disable 
alias/forwarding
until we want to turn them back on.

No way to do this?  Version 7.08?
