I read a comment by a Lotus admin that said it was also trivial in Notes to 
work around this bug, and that the bug was fixed in a later version.  I 
figure Ian did these fools a service by signalling that they were bad mail 
admins running buggy software.

It's pretty typical that the losers who brought the suit are better at 
lawyering than they are at mail adminning.  I also figure they are also in 
for some vigilante payback from the blackhat crowd.
