Greg,

I would have to say that Imail isn't the problem here, but your choice of External 
DBs.  Access wasn't designed for that kind of load, and quite frankly I'm supprised 
you made it this far with that many users.  I would suggest moving to a true 
"muti-user" database such as SQL server 2000.  Your problems should go away after that.
