It is kind of hard to test this extensively.

But I did send one message with several BCC's and when the receiving
server is 7.07 HF2 then the X-RCTP-To is the address only for that
message.

Now if the receiving server is 7.07 HF1 the X-RCPT-TO is the first
recipient in the BCC list for whatever the domains are on that server.

So I think this is fixed for me in hf2.
