If they're newbie enough to feel that way, it's your responsibility to educate them via a concise e-mail. Imail is doing them a favor by including the header; users, and even inexperienced sysadmins, often wonder, "Why did I get this, if my name isn't anywhere in the headers?" > I just would not use a BCC address ever. You would not "use," meaning you would not "show" a Bcc: address?
