Use IMGate to offload: 1. incoming mail from internet to Imail, with anti-abuse protection. This will reduce mail into imail by 20% to 40% by rejecting spam, abuse, attacks, and mail to unknown users. 2. outgoing mail from imail to internet (Imail doe no DNS lookups, delivers at highspeed to IMgate, with a minimum of short-lived SMTP processes, freeing memory) 3. outgoing mail from non-webmail users, with IMGate doing Imail-pop-before-IMGate-SMTP.
