I'll try bumping up the smtp processes, maybe that will help.  I also keep
the spool clean of old messages, but I'm not sure if that makes a
difference.  My machines are dual 1Ghz, scsi raid 5, 1G ram, I should be
able to do at least what you are running!  Are you running web messaging?
If so, what's the average CPU % of iwebmsg.exe?

What do you mean by "a relay box for if they're not there"?

Thanks for your input, I thought I was the only one with 60MB+ smtp logs per
day!
