If you received the E-mail, you are not an open relay.
The reason they *thought* you might be an open relay is because your
mailserver accepted an E-mail to
"[EMAIL PROTECTED]". Although it looks like the
E-mail is to a non-existent user on your domain, the "%" in there is
actually from an old routing method, where the E-mail would get delivered
to [EMAIL PROTECTED] If you received it (and it didn't get sent to
[EMAIL PROTECTED]), then you are not an open relay (since a spammer
wouldn't be able to send out mail using that method).
