Yes, it's possible and worthwhile (if you are paid).  However, I wouldn't 
recommend IMail's mailing list for a list that size.

That's actually the number of recipients per E-mail, so you would have 25 
processes each handling 3,000 recipients.  As you can see, it will take a 
long time to deliver it all (and it can slow down other E-mail on the 
server).  If you search the archives, you should find software designed for 
larger volume mailings.
