We run several
lists and I can say from experience that the size you are talking about is
definitely not for the likes of IMail.
I suggest you
looking into: LSoft software.
For a list of such
size you need something a lot more robust and stable.

I have a client who wants to send email to a list of 70k-80k subscribers.
1. Is this possible? Worthwhile?
Alternatives?
2. In the manual I see that the
number of processes should be #recipients/25. If I divide the 80k/25 I get
over 3000 processes?
