What is the domain?

Note that your domain itsfx.com has an MX record that points to 3 different
IPs, only 1 of which responds. This will quite likely cause some mail to
get bounced.

>I called the company's IT department. I was able to send to them with
>delivery in about 5 seconds. When they either responded to my email or
>attempted to send an email to me direct, I would NOT receive it... any
>suggestions?

It's a problem on their end, until they can provide more information. At
the very least, you need a bounce message. Then, you may need the IP
address of their mailserver, so you can check your logs to see if any
connection was made. You may also need to see their logs, to see why the
E-mail wasn't delivered.
