I have a client who is having difficulty in receiving email from a company
they are doing business with.  I don't have any other problems with any
other clients, but this particular client wants [possibly demands] to know
why they are not receiving the emails from their client.

I called the company's IT department.  I was able to send to them with
delivery in about 5 seconds. When they either responded to my email or
attempted to send an email to me direct, I would NOT receive it... any
suggestions?
