T1 framing errors / mismatch? MTU? Do you have a *nix machine in your shop? Load "mtr" which is a ping+traceroute stats proggy. it will show you ms at each hop, count drop packets, and prove to you, without a big song and dance, when the line is bad or good. how about an ip on your end so I can run mtr against it?
