no it isn't, you current official NS's are:

# dig @f.gtld-servers.net bcwebhost.net ns

; <<>> DiG 8.3 <<>> @f.gtld-servers.net bcwebhost.net ns
; (1 server found)
;; res options: init recurs defnam dnsrch
;; got answer:

bcwebhost.net. 2D IN NS NS1.BOSSIG.COM.

;; ADDITIONAL SECTION:

( and bcw4 is poisonable). I bet it is an MS DNS??

futz around all you want with your zone file NS records, the ONLY NS
records for bcwebhost.net that count for INternet are the one is the .net
parents.

If you want to change authoritative NS, then you must re-delegate
bcwebhost.net (and all your hosted domains) to use your dns2.

You first have to register that host with the .net parent (via your
registrar) and you haven't done that yet:

# dig @f.gtld-servers.net dns2.bcwebhost.net a

; <<>> DiG 8.3 <<>> @f.gtld-servers.net dns2.bcwebhost.net a
; (1 server found)
;; res options: init recurs defnam dnsrch
;; got answer:
;; ->>HEADER<<- opcode: QUERY, status: NOERROR, id: 6
;; flags: qr rd; QUERY: 1, ANSWER: 0, AUTHORITY: 2, ADDITIONAL: 2
;; QUERY SECTION:
;; dns2.bcwebhost.net, type = A, class = IN

After you have registered dns2, then you go to your registrar to
re-delegate all your domains to use dns2.

>Now for the error message:
>When I run nslookup against the new secondary DNS server

Go fix your delegation first.
