[IMail Forum] Receiving Email

I have some users that are supposed to be getting emails on a daily basis from the domain officialpayments.com.  They have been complaining that no one has been getting these messages but the company says that they have been sent out without any errors.  What could cause us from not getting some emails from a domain like this one?  I have checked the aliases and all and nothing is conflicting with an account.  Would mail relay have anything to do with it?   Shawn Holcombe Information Systems
