Have you checked your logs to see if their mailserver connected to 
yours?  Have you checked to see if there are any error messages when they 
try sending to you?

There are lots of possible reasons, most of which would be on their 
end.   Issues on your end could include incorrect DNS (although the domain 
you are posting from seems to have a good MX record) or a mailbox that is full.

No.  Mail relay settings only affect outgoing mail, not incoming mail.  If 
IMail recognizes that the domain is a local domain, it will accept the mail 
no matter what your relay settings are.
