They say they are sending you the mail. You say you are not receiving it.
You need to know about when the E-mail was sent, and who it was sent to/from.
Given that information (or any one piece of that information), you can
search the log files to find out. For example, you could search on who it
was sent to, and narrow it down by time. If you really need, I could come
up with some sort of algorithm for doing it, but you can probably figure it
out.
