No. DNS deals with host names, not ports.

If  Imail's URLs are pointing to domain.com:8383, then your browser is
going  to  follow  those  URLS to domain.com. If domain.com isn't your
Imail server, you'll get an error.

The  issue  is  not  when  domain.com is BOTH your web server and your
webmail server, but when they are different boxes.
