[IMail Forum] help me

Dear imail users, i have a problem that i'd be glad if someone may able to fix it.  i have upgraded imail server V 6x to 7.10 after the upgrade our current users can't able to check their by web mails. The page shows up but their mail boxes appears like 0. And no one can send or receive their mails. please write me the possibilities related to that problem.
