This can happen if he imailapi.dll didn't register
properly. The easiest way to register is to open 2 explorer windows, one a the
IMail directory and one at the winnt. Find regsvr32.exe in the winnt directory.
drag the imailapi.dll file on top of regsvr32 and it will register the dll. This
should fix you trouble. I believe this is in the KB as well.
