I think everyone on this list should "rant" about the lack of response when
contacting IPSwitch about problems after paying for support contracts.
Maybe that will improve things! :-)

Common, Todd.  While IPSwitch support has left something to be desired at
times, it certainly is not "non-existent".  In fact, IPSwitch staff have
been participating on the list much more in recent months.  And, they have
listened to our rants here on the list at times and even made changes to
IMail in response: e.g., moving the "NT-ESMTP Server X1" from the beginning
of the 220 connection string to the end of the string.

Just trying to  be fair here...

Maybe if enough people complain, IPSwitch will respond.

Don't hold your breath!  You must be new here.  IPSwitch doesn't respond to
complaints made on this list (or anywhere else for that matter).  Tech
support and customer service from IPSwitch are non-existent.

Your only hope is that someone on this list can help you.  Other than that,
you can pray for another release! :-)
