How does that go, saw it on an infomercial in fine print at the bottom -
"Individual results may vary, not representative of the average results"
:-)

I have had terrible results, but I know of others who have had excellent.
In my own case, if it wasn't for this list, Imail would have been gone a
long time ago (but with the help of this list I'm happy with it).

To be totally fair, I think we should call the level of service simply
"inconsistant".
