The reverse DNS entry should have an A record associated with it.  For 
example, if the reverse DNS entry is "mail.example.com", then 
mail.example.com should have an A record (and it should point to the IP in 
question).  However, few mailservers will check that the A record exists, 
and very few will check to see if the A record points back to the IP that 
is being looked up.

That shouldn't cause a problem, since 66-140-194-140.areatech.com has an A 
record (and it points back to correct IP).
