Add objectclass="person" to Search base on the Advanced tab of the LDAP account's Properties page.
Outlook depends on the LDAP services provided by Internet Explorer (and Outlook Express) so you have to have the correct version of IE (and OE) installed. In my experience you should use: IE 5.01 SP2 with Win9x IE 5.5 SP2 with Win2K The only setup I can't get to work is a computer that came with Win2k Pro and IE 6 already installed.
