That could happen if he has his server named "net".
For example, if you have a server named "example.com", an nslookup may
append that to domains you look up. The idea behind this is that if you
work at example.com, you can just type "nslookup host" and get the
information on host.example.com. But it often backfires.
You can get around this by adding a "." at the end of the domain. If your
client enters "lawrencemuseum.com." (with the period), it should work properly.
