After starting nslookup type server followed by a valid ip for a 
different dns server.  i.e. "server 63.226.138.15"

Then type in "lawrencemuseum.com"

If it works then the problem is almost certainly the ISP's dns server. 
If you still get the bogus answer then it's almost certainly the client 
computer.
