Here are the only three I found concerning Cache Poisoning:

MS KB Q241352 explains about registry change but also states the same
change is done via the GUI, Secure against Pollution.

MS KB Q295165 concerns ISDN and fix is in SP3.

MS KB Q316768 refers back to Q241352.
