We have imail 7.12. I'm wondering if anyone has figured out a way to inform a sender when someone's name(account) changes.
Example: Jane Does email account is [EMAIL PROTECTED] Jane changes her name to Smith so we change her account to [EMAIL PROTECTED] and we setup an alias so existing folks who have her address as jane_doe get their mail delivered to jane_smith. here's what I'd like to do: setup an inbound rule that if the to address is jane_doe (old account) send a message back to the sender that jane's account has changed and her new account is jane_smith.... anyone have an idea on doing this?
