Wrong answer.  <G>

Although that is a very possible answer to the symptoms you are having 
(outgoing mail not being delivered), that almost certainly doesn't explain 
the "TCP 14" error.

Perhaps re-wording the question to just "I keep getting a TCP 14 error in 
Monitor, what can I do to fix it" will get a better answer than explaining 
the whole problem.
