Then, every legitimate user must use SMTP AUTH when sending out mail, which is great. When spammers try to relay, they get rejected and, yes, it shows up in your IMail logs. No harm done and it may be useful or interesting to see who is trying to relay through your server. However, you don't need to manually add their IP addresses to the blocked list since using "NO MAIL RELAY" effects this functionality automatically.
