It's listed in more than that. You probably entered "hostingmx.com" there
-- but spam database lookups are almost always done based on the IP address
(the DNSstuff.com site will convert your hostname to an IP based on the MX
record).
However, your mail comes out of the IP 148.245.165.146 (which is different
than your MX record), and that one is listed in more spam databases.
