Actually we have been sporadically getting the same thing happening on 7.13. No vacation.imam. Just a rules.ima and plan.ima and of course a vacation.snt. Deleting the rules.ima, plan.ima and vacation.snt stops the blank vacation message. I originally thought that the users where changing stuff in web messaging but I set up an user account forwarding to an external domain and the same thing happened (blank automated response) The user didn't even have the password to change anything. It's not happening all the time but is definitely odd. Alex
