Update: the blank autoresponses have *not* stopped after taking the
proposed steps. JIK, I grabbed the three necessary files from the Imail
dir and re-copied them to the two computers requiring remote
connections. I am positive they were the same, (although I did not
check versions, modified date, etc.), but better safe than sorry.
