FYI, this has NOT fixed the problem. It seems that it only happens to messages containing an attachment. All vacation message files have been deleted. All rules.ima files have been deleted. All remote IAdmin.exe's are current. The problem is still occurring.

What I've found is that the vacation message file is not NULL but has a space. Users come back from vacation, delete their vacation message but can't see they have a leading/trailing spacebar.
