Actually there is a command line function although as I recall the
documentation was a bit hidden. You may need to search around for
the command line parms.
Basically something like this though:
CAnalyze.exe ri Ofilepath Fnfilepath Fnfilepath Fnfilepath H
ri is report options r1-26 (i=1-26)
O is output and filepath is ...
Fn is input log file and filepath is ...
H is end
You can schedule it too.

What size log files do you have?
I run mine from a web interface using ASP and a 1,000,000 byte log
file is processed so quickly I can't time it.
