when sending email , SMTP connection to server takes forever; just started a
little over a wek ago - rears it's ugly head more so during peak usage times
(business day mostly), but does occasionly occur in off-peak times also....

during peak times, I cannot complete a telnet session - times out....

Have also setup OE on server itself, and experience the same delay trying to
send an email from the client directly from the server....

we have been over everything - and are pulling our hair out .....

Any ideas on where to go from here?

Sincerely,

Randy Armbrecht
